Roiel Minks offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable.
Return Qualifications:
- Order must be purchased from RoielMinks.com.
- Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
- No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
- Products must be in original packaging.
- Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
- Final Sale Items can not be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to [email protected] with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date. RM can only accept orders placed on RoielMinks.com.
If Roiel Minks considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by RoielMinks.com. If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
Mistake Orders:
If your package is incomplete please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to [email protected] within 10 days from delivery date. Once confirmed by RM the missing item(s) will replaced by RoielMinks.com. After the given time frame Roiel Minks is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
